We pack and ship every order within 1–2 working days. After that, delivery takes about 3–5 working days in most cities and up to 7 days in smaller towns. Sundays and courier holidays are not counted.

As soon as your parcel ships we send the courier name and tracking number. You can check it any time on the Track your order page with your order number and phone number.

Open Track your order and enter your order number (it starts with PP, for example PP1001) and the mobile number you used. You will see every step, from packed to out for delivery.

Yes, shipping is free on every order across India, and Cash on Delivery is available. Paying online (UPI, cards, net banking) gets you an extra discount.

Yes, as long as the order has not shipped. WhatsApp us your order number quickly and we will update or cancel it.

1. Open Returns & exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
2. Enter your order number and phone number, choose the piece and tell us why. Add photos if something is wrong with it.
3. We check your request within 1 working day and arrange a pickup from your address.
4. Once the piece reaches us, we send the exchange or the refund.

The piece must be unused, unwashed and with all tags and packaging.

Sorry about that! Tell us within 48 hours of delivery on the Returns page with clear photos (or a short unboxing video on WhatsApp). We will send a replacement or a full refund.

Online payments are refunded to the same UPI, card or bank account within 5–7 working days after the piece reaches us. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund to the UPI ID you give us in the return request.

1. Measure your bust around the fullest part, keeping the tape straight and not too tight.
2. Find that number in the size chart below, or type it in the size finder.
3. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
4. For kurta sets, also check the kurta length against your height.

Yes. Request a size exchange on the Returns page within 7 days of delivery. We pick up the piece and send the new size, free.

Do not worry. If the payment failed, the bank returns it within 5–7 working days. If it was successful, WhatsApp us the payment screenshot and we will confirm your order.
